1 cup Noodles – boiled/cooked
2tbsp – Maida/Refined Flour
Oil for frying
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Garlic – Finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger – Finely chopped
1/4 cup beans – Finely chopped
2 tbsp baby corn – Finely diced
2 tbsp carrot – Finely diced
1/4 cup Cabbage – Finely diced
1/4 cup Mushroom – medium diced
1/2 tbsp Chinese chilli paste (Checkout the recipe :
1 tsp Dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp aromat powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp white pepper powder
750 ml water
2 – 3 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup spring onions
