PRO TIP!!!!
✅if you don’t want this to be a little spicy, use Chile guajillos as they are not spicy at all, I prefer New Mexico red bag ☺️
✅Chile puya is a substitute for Chile arbol, Chile arbol are spicy and Chile outa is just right next to it 😅

Ingredients:
10 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods
5 Chile puya
1 chile morita
1/2 onion
6 garlic cloves
2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 1/2 country style ribs
3 lbs beef short ribs
2 lbs Chuck tender roast
12 oz your favorite Mexican beer preferably Modelo Negra
6 whole cloves
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp beef bouillon
Salt I used 5 tsp
Coarse black pepper
For the salsa
3 roma tomatoes
1/8 onion
2 garlic cloves
Chile árbol (15 salsa is very spicy)
1/4 tsp oregano
Salt
1 serving of love 💕
