This has been very requested so here’s how I make my stew beef from frozen!
👉🏼 1 – 1.5 cups of water
👉🏼 Sea salt and butter
👉🏼 Put the beef from frozen into the pot and cook on high for 50 minutes.
👉🏼 Natural release for 10-15 mins and then enjoy!
❤️ I like to top mine with butter and salt or serve along with some bread cheese!
