pressed cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
ham – 80 g (2.82 oz)
pickles – 60 g (2 oz)
boiled eggs – 2 pieces
Tray size 42 X 32 cm (16.54 x 12.60 in)
eggs – 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 Β°C (356 Β°F) / 25 MIN

for the lemonade:
water – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
strawberries – 200 g (7 oz)
sugar – 100 g (3.5 oz)
BOIL for 5 MIN
mint – 10 g (0.35 oz)
Strain through a sieve
We pass through the sieve
IN THE FRIDGE 20 min
water – 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
lemon – 4 pieces
lemon juice – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
lemon peel – 10 g (0.35 oz)
strawberries – 100 g (3.5 oz)
mint – 10 g (0.35 oz)
ice cubes
