Crispy Thread Chicken Written Recipe With Directions:

Ingredients:

-Chicken Boneless ½ Kg
-White Vinegar (Sirka) 1 tbs
-Soya Sauce ½ tbs
-Lemon (Nimbu) Juice 1 tbs
-Garlic (Lehsan) powder ½ tsp
-Hot chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Ginger (Adrak) powder 1 tsp
-Red chilli (Lal mirch) powder ¼ tsp
-Turmeric (Haldi) powder ¼ tsp
-Salt (Namak) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cumin seeds (Zeera) powder ¼ tsp
– Manda patti/Samosa sheets 1 packet
-Corn flour 3 tbs
-Tikka Masala 1 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

-Clean, wash and cut chicken boneless into cubes and marinate with white vinegar, soya sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, hot chilli sauce, paprika powder, ginger powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds powder for a half hour in the refrigerator.
-On a clean cutting board, place samosa sheets and cut them into thin (threads-like) strips.
-In a bowl, add corn flour and tikka masala, then mix it well.
-Add water gradually to the mixture and make a smooth batter so that there are no lumps.
-Coat the marinated chicken with batter and samosa sheets threads.
-Repeat the same process for others.
-Set gently on a plate and let them rest for 20 minutes in the freezer for better results.
-In a wok, heat the cooking oil; once the oil is hot slow down the gas flame.
-Fry a few at a time in batches on low flame for 7-8 minutes until the chicken is done and samosa sheets threads turn golden in color.
-Drain on an absorbent paper, and repeat the process for all the Crispy Chicken Threads.
-Serve hot with ketchup or any other kind of sauce you like.

Tips and Tricks:

-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the freezer. Place the snack on top of each other by placing butter paper between them so that they cannot stick to each other.
-Don’t add corn flour or tikka masala while marinating chicken because it stops the marination process. Prepare the batter separately.
