3:12 1/3 cup or 83ml Red Wine
3:28 2 cups or 500ml Beef Broth
3:40 1 tsp Garlic Powder
3:44 Black Pepper to taste
3:48 1 tbsp or 15ml Worcestershire Sauce
3:55 1/2 tbsp or 7ml Soy Sauce
4:55 Salt and Pepper to taste
5:09 4 tbsp or 60ml Water
5:16 3 tbsp or 29g Cornstarch
To Cook: Hit the pressure cooker function button – cook on high pressure – set the time to 20 minutes. Naturally release pressure.
To Make the Gravy: Hit the sauté function button
