Hey folks! Tonight for tea I made this seriously tasty creamy chicken & vegetable soup in the slow cooker! Lovely subtle flavours which work fabulously together 🙂

Makes enough for 5-6 servings
3 Medium chicken breasts – diced
1 Large onion – finely diced
2 Large ribs of celery – diced
1 Small head of cauliflower – chopped
60g (1 cup) Frozen sweet corn
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning – or seasoning of your choice
2 Pints (40 oz) chicken stock
1 Pint (20 oz) water
250ml (9 oz) Milk
2 Tablespoons cornflour/cornstarch
250ml (9 oz) Double/heavy cream
