Dried chickpeas instant pot #shorts Pressure cooker chickpeas, Cooking chickpeas in instant pot
Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) of chickpeas
3 cups of water or broth
salt (optional)
Instructions:
Add chickpeas into your instant pot, cover with three cups of water/broth (add salt, optional)
Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes (for crispy but soft chickpeas). If you want them more mushy and well done, pressure cook for 28 minutes. Natural pressure release in both cases.
