Welcome back to What’s For Tea 🙂 Tonight for tea I made this amazing hotpot in the slow cooker! I’m using diced lamb, but feel free to use beef if you prefer 🙂 Super easy too make…relatively cheap and oh so tasty! Everything I used will be listed below incase you want to give it a go.

What I used – Serves 4-5 (I used a 3.5 litre crockpot)
500g (around 18oz) Diced lamb or beef
A couple of handfuls plain flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper added
A teaspoon rosemary
A couple of handfuls of green beans
2 Carrots – peeled and sliced
550ml (around 1 pint) Lamb or vegetable stock
4 Large potatoes – sliced
2 Medium onions – sliced
Oil for searing the meat
A couple of tablespoons melted butter (optional)
**Serve with crusty bread & butter**
