1:25 – To Cook Rice :
Water
1 Bay Leaf
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Blade of Mace
2 Green Cardamom Pods
3-4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
1/4 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
Salt
1/4 tsp Ghee
1 cup Basmati Rice (Washed & Soaked)

3:21 – To Cook Vegetables
2 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Ghee
1 Bay Leaf
4 -5 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom Pods
1 Black Cardamom
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Blade of Mace
2 Onion (sliced)
2 tsp Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 Green Chillies (slit)
1/2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 cup Cauliflower Florets
1/2 cup Carrots (chopped)
1/4 cup French Beans (chopped)
1/4 cup Green Peas
2 Tbsp Water
1 cup Curd (whisked with Water,)

7:25 – For Layering Biryani
Cooked Rice
Cooked Vegetable Gravy
1 cup Milk
Saffron
Rosewater
1 Tbsp Mint Leaves
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1/2 Cup Fried Onions
