Akki Roti With Ginger Chutney Ingredients :

Preparation of Roti Batter
1 Cucumber (peeled & grated)
1 cup Rice Semolina
3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Sugar
1/4 cup Coconut (freshly grated)
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Water

Cooking the Roti
Coconut Oil (as required)

For the Chutney
1 cup Coconut (freshly grated)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1/2-inch Tamarind
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt (as required)
Water (as required)
