DISCADA NORTEÑA, The Best TRADITIONAL MEXICAN TACOS on STOVETOP

Today I’m going to be sharing with you the easiest and most delicious with you how to make the best discada/parabolica, a mixed meat dish popular in the northern Mexican states, I’m from Tlahualilo Durango and we know this dish as parabolica. Traditionally we cook this dish in a disk,but I don’t own one and here in Az is so hot to be outside cooking it 🙈 I know I know but let me tell you that cooking it inside don’t loose any of its flavor, it’s just as delicious! Get together and enjoy of such a simple yet flavorful dish ♥️

Make sure all your meats are at room temperature

Tip: add chopped potatoes

Ingredients:
16 oz bacon
1 1/2 lb pork loin roast
garlic salt I used 2 tsp
black pepper I used 2 tsp
Salt I used 1/2 tsp
1 lb cubed beef
1 lb ground beef I used 96/4
1/2 lb chorizo
1 package sausage
3 minced garlic cloves
4 Roma tomatoes
1 small white onion
3 chile serrano or jalapeño
1 hatch green pepper or 2 chile chipotle
1/2 c hot tomato sauce
1 bunch cilantro
