Hey Friends, I love to take the early part of Thanksgiving week to make a couple of my family’s favorite chili recipes and test out some new party appetizers before all the Christmas events begin. It’s a festive start to the season and a win for us all – my family feels special and gets to taste test and enjoy the food and I get three nights of dinner made ahead before all the big prep on Wednesday night! White Chicken Chili
2 large cans chicken
2 cans chili beans (I use great northern beans)
1 can mild rotel
1 can corn
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
minced garlic
2 packages of McCormick White Chili Chicken seasoning
1 carton chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 block cream cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large pot and cook over medium/high heat until warmed through and cream cheese is melted in. Serve with toppings of your choice!
