2 inches Cinnamon Sticks
1 Mace Blade
1 Nutmeg
1 Black Cardamom
5 Green Cardamoms
1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (as per taste) 🧂
½ cup Curd
5-6 tbsp Oil
3 Onions (sliced) 🧅
1 Bay Leaf

7-8 Green Chillies
1½ Tomatoes (diced) 🍅
2 cups Rice / 500 gms Rice (parboiled) 🍚
1 cup Fresh Cream
3 tbsp Ghee (melted)
