4 Non Veg Snacks for Ramadan – Iftar Recipes to Try | Chicken snacks recipes

Hello All, Taste Buddy presents iftar recipes must try, which are on a base of Chicken Snack Recipes, and easy iftar recipes. Quick and simple ramzan special recipes to try which are fried. Non veg snacks recipes for ramazan which are best for your iftar party and are all famous Delhi chicken snacks for ramadan. I hope this snacks video will help for finding chicken appetizers recipe for parties apart from Ramzan.

We present: Iftar recipes 2022
Chicken Pakora | Chicken Roll | Chicken Lollipop | Noodle wrapped Chicken or thread chicken

Chicken Lollipop for Ramzan at home:
Marination
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce

BATTER

½ cup flour
½ cup cornflour
1 tablespoon chilli powder
¼ cup water

Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined, set aside.
Slice a full-size chicken wing into three parts along the joints.
Place the prepared chicken lollipops in the marinade. Stir and cover. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.More the better
Mix all batter ingredients until smooth without lumps.
Dip the meat end of the chicken lollipops into the batter.
In a pan, heat the oil. Deep fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until the batter becomes golden brown and the chicken is cooked throughout.
Your yummy chicken lollipop are ready to be served for iftar.

Iftar Special Chicken bread rolls:

For filling:
1/2kg Boneless chicken
1 large Onion
1/4 cup peas
5 cloves Garlic
1 small pc Ginger
1/2tsp Red chilli powder
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Coriader powder
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
Cheese – grated
Salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil
For Rolls:
15 pc White or Brown bread
2 Eggs Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Filling: Cook the chicken and shred it. In a pan pour little oil. Add the chopped onions and saute till transparent.
Add ginger,garlic and chilly paste. Saute well and add the spice powders one by one and mix well. When the raw smell goes away add peas.
When the peas are soft add the shredded chicken and mix well. Add salt as per taste and add the chopped coriander leaves. Fry it for another 2 mins and off the flame.
For Making Rolls: Take each bread soak in water. Remove excess water. In bread add chicken mixture and wrap the chicken with bread. Keep the sides
Do this with all the rolls. Heat oil in a kadai and fry these rolls till crispy. Enjoy the chicken rolls.

Easy Chicken Pakora for Iftar – Delhi ramadan dish:

For the marinade:250 gm chicken- cut into 3 cm cubes
Garlic paste
ginger piece
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp lemon juice
For the batter:1 egg
gram flour
refined flour
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 drop red foodcolour (optional)
