TORTILLA CREAM CHEESE BACON VEGGIE APPETIZERS RECIPE!

INGREDIENTS:
flour tortillas
8 ounces soft cream cheese (room temp)
1/3 cup small chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup small chopped yellow bell pepper
1/3 cup small chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup small chopped orange bell pepper
2. tbsp. small chopped bacon bits(or more if you like)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 or 2 cups shredded cheese(cheddar or your favorite)
1.tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:
first–chop vegetables very small
cook for 1 minute on low heat with the butter
remove from heat and allow to cool .
next—-in a bowl mix together the mayo and cream cheese until its very smooth and creamy.
NOW ADD THE VEGETABLES -SHREDDED CHEESE AND THE GARLIC POWDER.
MIX WELL
now spread some of the mixture on the tortilla(the amount is up to you)
PLEASE REFER TO THE VIDEO FOR THIS PROCESS.
next roll the tortilla up tightly-
after you have rolled all the tortillas—cover them and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the cream cheese can become firm.
TIP: I PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER FOR 15 MINUTES—PERFECT

next you will slice them according to the size that you like.
all done.

TIP: YOU CAN ADD MOST ANYTHING THAT YOU LIKE
