2 tbsp fresh Ginger
6 oz can Tomato Paste
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp ground Coriander
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1-15.25 oz can Coconut Milk
1 cup Chicken Broth or Stock
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
