Keto Fruit Dip | 0:10
By: Beth’s Keto Kitchen

Ingredients:
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
1 T Brown Sugar Swerve
2 T Confectioner’s Swerve
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 T Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup

Directions:
Using a Ninja mini food processor or hand-held mixer with a whisk attachment, whip heavy cream and xanthan gum until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese with hand-held mixer and light and fluffy. Add sweeteners, vanilla extract and skinny syrup. Mix until blended. Add in whip cream and mix until all incorporated. To stay keto, serve with fresh strawberries. Or just eat like a lovely pillowy fat bomb all by itself! 😊 Your non-keto friends would like other fruit such as apples, pineapple, grapes, etc. for dipping.
