Squeeze the juice
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Keep stirring
Cook for 10-12 mins
Thick consistency
Let it cool down (during cooling stir continuously)
After cooling
Orange juice 2 tbsp
Orange essence 1/2 tsp
Orange food color
Mix well
Keep aside
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Beat until stiff peaks
Separate some cream for decoration
Prepared orange syrup
Mix well
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serve
