Recipe :
Take 2 boiled potatoes & grate them.
In a bowl take 1/2 cup gram flour.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder.
Add 1 tsp coriander powder.
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
Add 1 tbsp grated ginger.
1/2 tbsp grated garlic.
Add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies.
2 tbsp fine chopped coriander leaves.
Add 1 tsp garam masala.
Add salt (1 tsp) or as per taste.
Add 1 cup water slowly & mix it
In a heated pan take 2 tbsp cooking oil.
Add 1/4 tsp asafoetida.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
Add gram flour batter in the pan & stir it till it become dry.
Add grated boiled potatoes & mix it.
Grease a tray with cooking oil.
Put the mixture in tray flatten it & put it in fridge to set.
When set take it out & cut it into pieces.
Fry the pieces till they become crisp & brown.
Serve them hot with sauce and chutney.
