This fried vegetable ball or veggie ball is an ever-popular starter or main dish commonly found in the Philippines. It is made of a wide variety of vegetables from potatoes and carrots. Deep-frying the veggie ball mixture gives the fried vegetable balls a tastefully crunchy top layer, which slowly gives way to the succulent and spicy fillings that you bite into.

INGREDIENTS
✔️2 medium potatoes
✔️1/2 cup carrots (grated)
✔️1/2 cup spring onions (chopped)
✔️1 piece onion (minced)
✔️2 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️salt & pepper to taste
✔️3 tablespoon cornstarch
✔️1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
✔️oil for deep-frying
