– 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
– 10-12 Curry Leaves
– 1 Onion (sliced)
– 1 Potato (diced)
– 1 Carrot (cut lengthwise)
– 1/4 cup Green Peas
– 2 tbsp Water
For Preparing Coriander & Mint Paste:
– 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
– 2 tbsp Mint Leaves
– 1 Inch Ginger
– 2 Green Chilli
– 1 Garlic Clove
– 1 tsp Sugar
– 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
– 1 tsp Lemon Juice
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– 200 ml Coconut Milk
– Salt (as per taste)
