Ingredients :
400 ml or 2cups of orange juice + strawberry juice
1cups (sugar as desired , according to the sweetness of the orange juice and strawberry juice )
3 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of butter
some desiccated coconut
u can also make it with any fruit juice of your choice!
I’d also recommend to sieve everything, it makes the pudding smoother and softer.
