Bake at 300 Degrees for 2 hours
Remove foil and Bake 350 Degrees for 1 hour
Marinate 4 hours or overnight
*Cloud has marinated for 1 hour and the recipe works : )

4 pounds Bone-in chuck roast (Diezmillo) or your choice of chuck roast
8 Guajillo chiles
8 bay leaves
8 carrots
1 onion
8 garlic cloves
2 cups water
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp avocado oil (or your choice of oil)
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground clove or 3 pieces of clove
2 small pieces of cinnamon or 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Birria tatemada
Street taco corn tortillas
