If you tolerate gluten, you can use wheat flour instead. Use the same amount specified in the recipe.

– a pinch of salt
CHEESE CREAM
– 300g cheese cream (Philadelphia type)
– 80g feta
– 100g butter at room temperature
– 30g red bell pepper
– salt and pepper
OTHER ELEMENTS USED
– 100g prosciutto cotto
– parsley
– black olive
– cherry tomatoes
– mini mozzarella balls
– basil leaves
