To Make filling for bread pockets
1 tbspn butter
1 tbspn all purpose flour
¾ cup milk
Make a lumpfree batter
¼ tspn oregano or crushed curry leaves
½ tspn chilli flakes
¼ tspn salt
2 tbspn finely chopped capsicum
2tbspn boiled frozen corns
2 tbspn boiled frozen peas
½ cup grated cheese
Let the cheese melt..Make uniform thick batter.. allow it to cool

Slurry for bread pockets
2 tbspn all purpose flour
2 tbspn water
Make a thick paste

1 tbspn cornflour
1tbspn all purpose flour
2 tbspn water
¼ tspn salt
½ tspn red chilli flakes
Make a thin batter to coat

Cut bread edges
Roll bread and make it flat
It will be easy for fresh bread
Keep small portion of filling at one half of bread
Any Slurry on margins of bread
Fold bread slice ..press edges..
Dip this pocket in thin batter made..
Coat it with bread crumbs
If bread is little dry..
Remove edges..Cut slice into 2 portions.. Place filling on one portion.. apply slippery on margins .. convert it with another portion..press margins and seal pocket
