Salt – 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
Cooking Soda – 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2v1JDfK)
Onion – 2 Nos Finely Chopped
Green Chilli – 3 Nos Thinly Sliced
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Curry Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/313n0Dm)
Whisked Curd – 200 Gms
Water
Oil For Deep Frying (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RGYvrw)
Method:
1. To a bowl, add semolina, rice flour, maida, salt, cooking soda, onion, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, corainder leaves, asafoetida powder, whisk curd and mix.
2. Gradually add water the mix the batter into a nice dropping consistency.
3. Let it sit for about 30 mins.
4. Heat oil for deep frying.
5. Take small portion of the semolina mixture and drop it in to the oil.
6. Maintain the flame in medium while frying them.
7. Take them out once they are golden brown in color.
8. Crispy rava punugulu is ready.
