Dum Aloo / Creamy Baby potato curry
Easy, delicious, creamy and flavorful restaurant style Dum Aloo is a delicious recipe of baby potatoes cooked in a gravy or sauce with onions, tomatoes and cashew paste. This dish is made in various ways in Indian Cuisine, here i have made a quick and easy Instant pot version. Serve it with Naan (Indian bread) or Roti of your choice.

Ingredients:
10 nos Baby potatoes (rinsed and peeled)
2 tablespoons Ghee (or) Cooking oil
1 large Onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
2 Medium Red tomatoes, pureed
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder OR 1/2 tbsp Chili powder *
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Salt
10 to 15 Cashews (make a paste by adding 1/4 cup Hot water)
1 tablespoon Dried Fenugreek leaves / Kasuri methi
Cilantro leaves chopped for garnish
(if required increase the chili powder to 1 tbsp for more spice)
