Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Custard powder (Vanilla flavor) 5-6 tbs or as required
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) halved 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) halved 2-3 tbs
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) halved 2-3 tbs
-Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2 large
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Dairy cream 400ml
-Sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Mango jelly 80g (1 pack) Prepare according to pack’s instruction
Assembling:
-Plain cake cubes
-Mango jelly cubes

Directions:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In custard powder,add milk and whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking (room temperature).
-In a frying pan,add pistachios,almonds,cashew nuts & dry roast on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add mangoes,lemon juice,caster sugar,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat well.
-Add powdered sugar & beat until soft peaks form,transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
-Cut mango jelly into cubes & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl,add & spread prepared custard,add plain cake,mango cubes,custard,roasted dry nuts,olpers cream whipped,mango jelly cubes,custard & whipped cream.
-Decorate with mango slices & pistachios.
-Serve chilled!

Directions:
-Karahi mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved custard dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Room temperature per whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Frying pan mein pista,badam aur kaju dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya dry roast ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bow mein aam,lemon juice aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Powdered sugar dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein aur piping bag mein dal ker use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Mango jelly ko cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving bowl mein tayyar custard dal ker pheela lein,plain cake,aam cubes,custard,roasted dry nuts,olpers cream whipped,mango jelly cubes,custard aur whipped cream dal dein.
-Mango slices aur pista sa decorate ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
