Chilli Cheese Bread Recipe:
Bread – 6 Slices
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli (roughly cut) – 3 nos
Ginger (finely chopped) – 2 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 Cup
Tomato (finely chopped) – ½ Cup
Capsicum – ½ Cup
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Cheese Slices – 4 nos

Cooking Instructions:

1. Toast the bread slices until crisp on both sides. Remove from the pan and cut into cubes.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chilli and ginger. Add onion and capsicum. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

3. Add tomato, red chilli powder and salt. Saute until the tomato turns mushy.

4. Add the red chilli sauce and ketchup.

5. Add the bread cubes, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Stir gently until it is evenly mixed.

6. Add the cheese slices on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
