Today’s video is a FUN one! I’m sharing a few recipe ideas for Mothers’ Day (Or anytime really). I hope it’s helpful and inspiring for you!

Valerie’s Channel:

Strawberry French Toast
-Bread Slices ( I used sourdough)
-1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-4 Eggs
-Maple syrup
-Strawberries, fresh mint leaves, and icing sugar for garnish
Mix ice cream, cinnamon, and eggs. Dip bread into mixture and fry until browned in butter or coconut oil. Garnish with icing sugar, strawberries,, and mint leaves (or as desired). Serve with maple syrup.

Candied Sausage:
-Maple Syrup
Cut sausage into small slices and fry till brown. Add enough maple syrup to coat the sausage well, and fry a few more minutes until the syrup caramelizes.

Dressed Up Eggs:
-1/4 cup cream (or milk)
-Purple Onion
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Feta Cheese
-Salt and Pepper
Cook asparagus until soft. Blend eggs with cream (adding salt and pepper to taste), and scramble. Serve by layering the eggs on top of the asparagus, then topping with thinly sliced purple onion, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. So easy but Delicious!
