Egg Drop Curry is the Tomato masala-based curry with coconut Milk and uses raw eggs instead of boiled eggs. Using raw eggs in the curry enhances the flavor and also gives it a wonderful texture.

1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water
5 Eggs
Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Green Chillies (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
