Today I am making a fun French Toast breakfast for my kids. Shout out to my brother-in-law Jake, for the recipe idea! French toast roll-ups are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. I also include a way to utilize extra leftover bread crust for baked French toast fries.

*NOTE The amount of egg and milk dredge is enough to use for the roll-ups
and French toast fries.

INGREDIENTS
12 to 15 slices of bread (crust removed and save for the French toast fries)
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of nutmeg (grated or ground)
pinch of ground cinnamon
8 oz pint of fresh strawberries
1/2 tsp sugar (for strawberries)
2 Tbsp butter (for griddle)
3 Tbsp cooking oil (for griddle)
