Salpicao is a classic beef dish served at Spanish restaurants.It features a tender meat glistening in rich oil and loaded with garlic. This time around, recreate the same exact flavors of that loveable dish without having to spend too much. This recipe features chicken, which is more economical. That also means you can enjoy this every day and even pack it for your family’s lunch baon. Take note: You’ll need extra loads of rice to pair with this dish. 1 kilo chicken breast
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup mushroom
2 green finger chilies (siling pangsigang)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white sugar
parsley, for garnish
