Ingredients:
Marinate for 20 minutes
– 1kg chicken legs, cut into serving pieces
– 2 teaspoon lemon or calamansi juice
– 4 teaspoon fish sauce ( patis )
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 chicken cube, crushed
– cooking oil
– 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
– 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
– 1 can ( 227g ) pineapple slice, including the juice
– 5 tablespoon sugar ( you can adjust the amount of sugar to your preference )
