Chicken Curry: (For Marinate)
1 whole Chicken.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red chili powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
1 tsp Garam masala.
3 tbsp Yogurt.
1 tbsp minced Ginger-Garlic.

Ingredients: (For Curry)
2 Bay leaf.
1 Anise star.
1 Cinnamon stick.
2 Black Cardamom.
4 Green Cardamom.
1 Onion.
1 tbsp minced Ginger-garlic.
2 Tomatoes.
1/2 tsp Salt.
1/2 tsp Red chili powder.
1 Green chili pepper.
Pinch of Kasoori Meethi.
Fresh Cilantro. (Dhaniya)

Recipe:
In a bowl add chicken and all the marinate ingredients. Mix it well. Marinate for 2-3 hours. Longer you marinate better it taste.
In a pan add oil. Add bay leaf, anise star, cardamom, green cardamom and cinnamon stick. Fry for a minute and add onion. Fry until its golden brown. Add ginger-garlic. Fry for another minute and add tomatoes. Cook for a minute and add salt and red chili powder. Add green chili pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft. Add marinated chicken. Fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Cook until the gravy is thick. Add pinch of kasoori meethi and dhaniya. Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients:
3 cups of Cool Whip.
1 cup of Strawberries.
1 cup of Banana.
1 cup of Grapes.
1 can of Fruit Cocktail.

Recipe:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Enjoy.
