Hi guys, todays video includes 6 super simple brunch recipes. Anyone can make them!

RECIPES

Choc Chip Cupcakes:
– 3/4 cup flour
– 1/2 cup caster sugar
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 15 g vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 3/8 cup soy milk
– 1/4 cup oil
– 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
-1/3 cup choc chips

Mix dry and wet in separate bowls and then combine. Add the chocolate chips. Bake on 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Pain au raisin
– crescent dough
– alpro vanilla custard
– raisins
– optional: sugar glaze (water + confectioner’s sugar)

Spread out a piece of crescent dough. Add 1 to 2 tbs of vegan custard and sprinkle on some raisins. Roll up and cut into pieces.

Bake on 180 ºC for 10-15 minutes

Pain au chocolat
– crescent dough
– dark chocolate (chopped up)

Spread out some crescent dough. Add some chocolate pieces on both sides. Roll both sides up to the middle. Optional: brush on some soy milk.
Bake on 180 ºC for 10-15 minutes

Pain aux amandes
– crescent dough
– marzipan or almond paste
– almond shavings
Add a piece of marzipan to the dough and roll up into small or big crescents. Brush on some soy milk and add some almond shavings.
Bake on 180 ºC for 10-15 minutes and add confectioner’s sugar on top.
