How to make Easy Chicken Kurma
Coconut oil – 1 – 11/2 tbs
Garlic – 2 tbs
ginger – 2 tbs
green chillies – 8 nos
Big onion – 3 nos
Turmeric powder – 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Cashew nuts – 25 gms
poppy seeds ( kaskas) – 1tbs
Chicken – 25 – 30 Pieces
Coconut milk( Second extract ) – 1 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Garam Masala powder – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp
Coconut milk( First extract ) – 1/2 – 3/4 Cup
Curry Leaves
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
