Gujarat Famous Street Style Moong Dal Vada | Easy Snack Recipes | Chetna Patel Recipes

Dal vada

Ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

1 Cup – Yellow Moong Dal
1 1/2 tbsp – Urad Dal
1 1/2 tbsp – Rice
Wash and Soak 4-5 hours again Wash and Drain the water

Grind it little Coarsely

Again Take a small Mixer Grinder
1 tbsp – Whole Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp – Black Pepper Whole
Crush Coarsely

Mix all the above thing in a bowl and add

3 tbsp – Green Chiili Chopped
1 no – Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup – Coriander leaves Chopped fine
2 tbsp – Garlic Crushed
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – Asafoetida ( Hing )
1 tsp – Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )

Mix everything with Whisker , Whisk till fluffy n soft and change in Colour
Add
1/8 tsp – Baking Soda
Mix again Softly
Make a Vada and Fry till half fry
In Slow Flame and After some time again fry it till golden

Serve with Fry Green chilled Sprinkle some salt and Onion Slice touch of Lemon Juice and Salt
