Recipes:
Velveteen Sunset
2 oz dark Jamaican rum
½ oz dry curacao
½ oz apricot liqueur
1 oz R.W. Knudsen pineapple-coconut juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a tiki mug with ice!
Exotic Salmon Bites
1 salmon filet
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup ketchup
1½ TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
1 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp MSG (omit or or substitute salt if you prefer)
Chopped green onions
Crackers for serving
Combine all ingredients except the salmon and green onions and refrigerate for at least one hour. Grill salmon, brush with sauce and top with chopped onions. Cut salmon into bite size pieces and serve on crackers, topping with a little more sauce.
