INGREDIENTS
8 oz pork meat (optional)
salt to taste
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
10 oz Older fermented kimchi
1/3 cup kimchi liquid
2 tbsp to 2 1/2 tbsp Korean soybean paste
1 tsp red pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 to 3 1/2 cups (24 to 28 oz) water
8 oz firm tofu
5 to 10 oz enoki mushrooms (optional)
3 to 5 stalks scallions
