Hakka Style Chicken Chilli
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Corn flour 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Knorr chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs
-Knorr tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 2-3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 2-3
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 2-3 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves

Directions:
-In bowl,egg,red chili powder,soy sauce,black pepper powder and whisk well.
-Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
-Add corn flour and mix well.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until golden brown & set aside.
-In small jug,add water,chicken powder,corn flour and whisk well.
-Add chilli garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,black pepper crushed,vinegar,soy sauce,whisk well & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,ginger garlic and mix well.
-Add green onion white part,green chilies and mix well.
-Add onion,capsicum and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Now add sauce mixture,mix well and cook until sauce thickens (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Add fried chicken boneless cubes and give it a good mix.
-Add green onion leaves and mix.
-Garnish with green onion leaves and serve with rice.

Directions:
-Bowl mein anda,lal mirch powder,soy sauce aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein pani,chicken powder aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chilli garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,kali mirch crushed,sirka aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil aur adrak lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara pyaz white part aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
-Ab sauce mixture dal ke mix karein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Fried chicken boneless cubes shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz ka leaves dal ker mix karein.
-Hara pyaz ka leaves sa garnish karein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
