Dried Beans – 1-1.5 pounds of dried beans of your choice, cover with about an inch of water coverage and hit that bean button. I like to let it natural release for 30 minutes.
Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs – 5 minutes at high pressure and let sit for 3-4 minutes. Get them in ice!
Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats – 1 cup oats to 3 cups water. 3 minutes at high pressure.
Instant Pot Rice – I like 1 cup of rice to about 1.5 cups of water. 12 minutes at high pressure.
Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes – 1 cup of water at the bottom, as many potatoes as you want on top. High pressure for 20 minutes and then mash right in the pot!
