Lacha Chicken Pakora
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1/4 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless ½ kg (cut into thin slices)
-Lemon juice 4 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled ½ kg
-Cornflour 4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Sriracha Dip Sauce:
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 3 tbs
-Honey 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala to sprinkle

Directions:
-In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,yellow food color,cumin powder and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well.
-Add lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-Slice potatoes with the help of the slicer and cut into thin julienne.
-In a bowl,add potatoes,cornflour,red chilli powder,all-purpose flour,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder and mix well.
-On your palm,add potato mixture,place chicken marinated cube and cover with potato mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Sriracha Dip Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,sriracha sauce,honey,salt and mix well.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with dip.

-Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,haldee powder,namak,garam masala powder,zarda ka rang aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Aloo ko slicer ki madad ki madad sa slice karein aur thin julienne mein cut ker lein.
-Bowl mein aloo,cornflour,lal mirch powder,maida,kali mirch powder,namak aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haath per aloo mixture dal ker marinated chicken cube rakh dein aur aloo mixture sa cover ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Sriracha Dip Sauce:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,sriracha sauce,shahad aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chaat masala sprinkle ker lein aur dip ka saath serve karein!
