Ingredients: Assorted peppers, Onions, salt/pepper, Soy Sauce, worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme, Caribbean “Green Sauce”, Oxtail seasoning / marinade.
DIRECTIONS:
Step #1: In a large dish, marinate your Ox Tail overnight with all of the ingredients.
Step #2: Using a small amount of Olive Oil, lightly brown cook your Ox tail under medium heat.
Step #3 Pour in marinade and add water to make a stew.
Step #4 Slow cook Ox Tail till it falls off the damn bone.
