In this video I’m showing how to cook smothered pork chops. For my smothered pork chops recipe, I will be using a slow cooker to make it super easy. The pork chops that I use are thin cut, bone it, but you can use thick cut pork chops if you choose. I don’t use a can of cream of mushroom soup for this version of smothered pork chops. Instead I make a homemade onion and garlic gravy completely from scratch.
