You are going to love the flavor of these homemade enchiladas and it’s easy to make. These are made with ground beef.
Make sure and dip your corn tortillas in hot vegetable or canola oil before you put these together. This will give your enchiladas great flavor. It’s how restaurants (the good ones) make any kind of enchiladas, whether it’s beef, cheese, chicken or pork enchiladas.
Like most dishes, it’s the sauce that makes the dish so make sure you watch my video on how to make enchilada sauce: http://youtu.be/pUN-LBpyYGY This is way better than the canned enchilada sauce you buy in the store.
The last tip I have for you is to make sure you place your enchiladas in the oven until every thing is nice and hot. This is important as who likes mildly warm Mexican food?
It’s gotta be hot to be good and delicious!
Here is the enchilada sauce video: http://youtu.be/pUN-LBpyYGY

These enchiladas just need to be served with spanish rice: http://youtu.be/OISsQ6NTMfw
and refried beans.
If you know someone else who loves Mexican food, please share this with them on Facebook, Pinterest, Google plus and twitter by embedding this link on those pages: http://youtu.be/AS8Qwvi2vGI
