Ingredients:
Chicken/Beef/Lamb/Mutton qeema – 1/2 kg
Minced Onion – 1/3 cup
Wet bread – 2 slice
minced coriander leaves – 2 tblsp
minced grenn chilli – 2 small
ginger garlic paste – 1 tblsp
tomato ketchup – 1.5 tblsp
chili powder – 1 tsp
special mixed masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
garam masala mix :
Whole Coriander – 1 tsp
whole cumin – 1 tsp
black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Cardamom – 2 pcs
Nutmeg – 2/3 pcs
mace – 1/2
dry roast and grind!
Egg mix:
2 medium-sized eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 tblsp cornstarch/ rice flour (optional)
