Here is a recipe that gives you the taco truck style of a delicious carne asada burrito. The best part about his recipe is that the toppings are to your tastes. I use a fresh pico de gallo, avocado, cheses, mexican crema and a homemade salsa to make the perfect homemade burrito. I hope you like it! 🙂
CARNE ASADA INGREDIENTS
2 lbs skirt steak or (beef of your choice)
1 medium to large orange
1 medium lime
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tsp garlic powder ( I said 1 tsp in video…whoops!)
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
