Hello everyone !
today’s recipe is perfect KFC style Fried Chicken recipe in a homemade version. I hope u guys will like this easy and delicious chicken fry recipe…

Here is what you’ll need!

chicken pieces with skin – 500 g
salt – 1/4 tsp
soya sauce – 1/2 tblsp
tomato ketchup – 1 tblsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
instant noodles masala (like Maggi) – 1 pack
IT’s optional but it will help to increase the taste…plz try with it.

for coating:
All purpose flour – 1.5 cups
corn flour – 1/4 cup
salt – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tblsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp, for nice golden color but its optional
